Hi Chris,
My name is Phil Saunders and recent / new customer of CSE. You may recall that I started working with Michael James several months ago when we decided to build anew on our property in Brant Beach. The project we embarked upon together is now in its final stages with a couple of remaining items to be wrapped up within the next 2 weeks. As a business executive like yourself, I’ve had my run of challenges in dealing with vendors, customers, employees, etc., and I always appreciate to witness or hear of the seemingly rare positive experiences. So, I thought I’d take a quick moment to share with you what a wonderful experience it has been working with Michael, and comment on the quality work of your team (including Nick among others who’s names I don’t recall).
From the beginning to now nearing its end, it has been a quality ‘ride’. Michael took the time to educate me on the world of AV and assisted in assessing my interests and the various alternatives available within my budget. He was patient in answering my questions throughout, was knowledgeable on the systems, and always handled himself in a professional manner. As you would expect, we were one of many folks that wanted our systems running by Memorial Day. Michael, Nick and team figured out how to get us in working condition in time.
In the current environment of local competition, superstores and online shopping, there were many alternatives available to choose from on a new home AV system project. I’m confident in saying that working with Michael and the CSE team was without a doubt the right answer.
